Welcome to getarcticair. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy below to understand our delivery timeframes and procedures.

1. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery Window: All orders are estimated to arrive within 7 to 15 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Processing Time: Orders take 1 to 3 business days to be processed, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Please note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Order Tracking Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your order in real-time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and destination country.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes getarcticair is not responsible for any customs duties, clearance fees, or import taxes applied to your package by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Delayed Delivery & Unexpected Events While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as:

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Postal service strikes or peak holiday seasons

If your order has not arrived within the 7 to 15 business day window (plus processing time), please contact our support team, and we will investigate the status of your shipment immediately.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed or shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
